It's important to note that the warranty time limit remains in effect, regardless of the number of repairs or replacements you may receive for the original product. In other words, any replacement product you receive will be covered by the remaining warranty period of the original item.

I love this purchase, so relaxing after a hard days work. The neck massage pillow is just wonderful. Best purchase ever.
I’m sorry but a bit disappointed. I thought it had massage balls within th mat as well. I found the vibration did very little as a massage.

Pillow is OK - mattress doesn't "massage". It's not strong enough.
Good product. Could benefit being at least 30cm longer.
Need to have some protection of product in case customer decides to use a sharp implement to open it. ( this could totally damage the new product)
